3-cylinder machines
The Refining System family is based on the family of three cylinder machines.
Such machines, which are identified by the horizontal usefulness of the work table and consequently on the machine’s own yield, operate through a mechanical pressure action and flow of the product through the cylinders.
The pressure and speed of rotation of the cylinders can be adjusted according to the type of product and requested by the operator by acting both manually and electronically (both process configurations are provided) on the pressure controls of the machine itself.
Operation & Features
The principle of operation is based on the need for certain products, to reduce the micronometric value of a product which has already undergone a preventive action of dispersion or mixing.
The blended product solution, which is inseparable between liquid vehicle and solid vehicle, is therefore passed and processed through the working rollers.
The feature of the machine is also based on the ability to process high and high viscosity products as well.
