Grinding systems

Microspheres and Immersion Mills

The family of grinding systems is based on the family of machines known as microsphere mills     Such machines, which are identified for the vertical development of the working or grinding mill and the useful volume of the chamber itself, identify the working size of the machine.

The product is loaded from the bottom of the working chamber, from a dedicated feed pump, to the inside of the chamber, in which, at the end of grinding, the bumps are formed between the grinding balls (defined in number, size and Type of material in accordance with the different types of products to be treated) set in motion by the milling impellers, placed on a working shaft along the vertical of the chamber itself.

Depending on the feed pump capacity, it is possible to define the level of micronization of the desired product based on the close correlation between the shelf life of the product in the chamber and the relative impact of the spheres to which it is subjected.

The machines are configured in different versions, both in dimensional and functional and performance ranges, between open versions, pressure versions and watertight versions.
